What does a
FOCUSING session
look like?
A Focusing session begins with a bit of conversation about what’s present for you in this moment. It may be absolutely clear...or, it may feel vague and elusive, or tangled, or old, or stuck.
However you show up to your session, I will gently invite you into an awareness of the world of your inner experience by guiding your attention within.

For some, this process feels more or less natural or familiar. For others, it can take time—over one session, or several—to get used to or reacquainted with this experience of tuning into the body and turning within.
I hold a safe and steady presence as we meet what is alive for you, here and now. Without agenda, or forcing. We'll simply take it step by step, and move at the pace of your being with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

I bring together my years of experience and study in the realms of healing, embodiment, creativity, and birth to serve you on your path.
While Focusing is the main modality I use—having witnessed and experienced its gentle power—I pull from a body of archetypal work, art-making, intuitive movement and ceremony.
